Welcome to the JISD Department of Special Education. Our mission is to support students, educators, and parents to provide a free appropriate public education to students with disabilities.
Special Education Department is holding Informational Session at each of the four middle schools. These sessions are open to all Special Education teachers in the district to include: elementary, secondary, alternative, facilitators, itinerant, assessment, and department chairs.
